What level of Muay Thai experience is required to join this program?
No prior Muay Thai experience is necessary to join our program. We cater to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Each participant will receive training that is appropriate for their skill level.
Can I join the program if I have dietary restrictions?
Yes, we accommodate various dietary restrictions. Please inform us in advance about your specific needs, and our culinary team will ensure to meet your dietary requirements throughout your stay.
What should I bring for the training sessions?
You should bring comfortable workout clothes, bag gloves sparring gloves, pro shin guards, hand wraps, and athletic shoes. It's also recommended to bring a water bottle, towel, and any personal hygiene products you may need.
Are there any age restrictions for participants?
No age restriction, however there will be physically vigorous exercise and activities. Please consult your physician before attending.
The minimum age to participate in our program is 18 years old. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, particularly for those under 18 accompanied by an adult.
How long does the immersion experience last?
7 days. Arrival on the first day will include dinner and check in ceremony. Last day will be breakfast and checkout
Our standard immersion experience lasts for two weeks. However, we offer both shorter and longer stay options to accommodate different schedules and goals. Please contact us directly to discuss these options.
What additional costs should I expect during my stay?
The program fee covers training, workshops, accommodation, and meals. Additional costs you might incur include personal purchases, optional excursions, and travel insurance. Travel to and from Costa Rica is also not included in the program fee.
